Faiz Sayed is a seasoned investor, operator, and lender with over $7Bn of transaction experience across both Wall Street and Silicon Valley.
In his time at TPG, CIM, and Wells Fargo he invested across all CRE asset classes with a geographic focus on West Coast and Texas and a risk focus on special situations.
He was most recently Head of Capital Markets at Homebound, a VC-backed proptech company, where he started the capital markets unit and secured funding from top-tier institutional investors. He remains as an advisor to Homebound.
Faiz has bachelor’s degrees in finance and economics from Southern Methodist University and is an Advisory Board Member of the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at the SMU Cox School of Business.
